Charles was instrumental in helping us successfully sell a townhome in the Castro Valley Palomares Hills area with multiple offers while in the midst of the county's shelter-in-place order due to the COVID-19 pandemic. He gave us advice on the sale process including preparation, inspection, staging, and all else that was needed to smoothly reach a sale, especially the required sewer lateral replacement, that we were not aware of, which he coordinated among the handful of interested parties such as HOA, the sanitary district, and the contractors. He responded to our questions and concerns quickly via email or phone and handle all paperwork efficiently online. Overall, we found him very knowledgeable. He is also very nice and extremely polite.
